These terms of use apply to all contracts that you enter into with Zaza Couture (hereafter “Zaza Couture” “us” or “we”). By placing an order, you accept our Terms & Conditions. 

How to buy?

Pricing policy

The currency used is Euro (EUR) for all countries. VAT 21% is included in all our prices. Please note that all prices and product information on the Zaza Couture Online Store are subject to change. 

Age Limit

In order to shop at Zaza Couture online you must be at least 18 years old. 

Colours

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 

Payment Options

We accept following payment methods:

- Visa/MasterCard payments (BlueOrange Bank service);
- Paysera payments (credit cards, online bank etc.);
- PayPal;
- Bank Transfer per invoice.

Delivery Options

- Shipping within Latvia (Omniva parcel machines). Cost 3.00€.

- Shipping to Lithuania, Estonia (Omniva parcel machines). Cost 7.00€

- Worldwide shipping by FedEx (Europe, USA, Canada - 20€; Other - 23€).

- FREE shipping Worldwide for orders over 200€. FREE shipping within Latvia for orders over 150€.


We are happy to offer you FedEx service for international shipping and shipping by Latvian Mail service for delivery within Latvia. Most orders will be posted within 2-3 days after ordering (please, note that we do not post on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays), however some orders will require to 1-3 days to process before shipping. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping.   Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. 


Gift certificates

To use the gift certificate, please enter the gift certificate code in the Shopping cart.

Coupons

During the promotional campaigns Zaza Couture may present the coupons to the clients.
To use the coupon, please enter the coupon code in the Shopping cart.

Product Return

Zaza Couture team tries to satisfy each customer’s wishes and will always do everything in order to reduce product return cases to the minimum. But if you are not satisfied with the purchase, you have an opportunity to return it or change it within 14 days after receiving the product without any additional charges. Zaza Couture accepts to change the product if it is returned clean, neat, not damaged and with all the labels. Please fill online Return form and send the product to: SIA Zingers&Co, 1 Kengaraga street, Riga, LV-1063 Latvia.  In the form details state whether you would like to change the product or have your money refunded. Customer pays for return shipping.  When getting a refund, money will be returned to the account from which the purchase was made within 14 days of us receiving the product. We will contact you to solve the problem!

It is very important to us to ensure the privacy and security of your personal information. We collect information from our customers to  process and fulfill your order, communicate about our services and products, to improve shopping experience, to provide the best customer service. We only keep your personal information as long as necessary for the purposes we collected it, or as otherwise required by law. We accept responsibility for all the personal information such as your name, address and any other personal details that you provide us with. Zaza Couture will not pass  your personal details to third parties. Secure Payments Online guaranteed by Paysera, BlueOrange Bank and PayPal. No any payment information kept on our server. When you have chosen a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share this password with anyone.

Our Website is hosted by Area IT and Area IT has access to aggregated information about customers of our Website in order for SIA Area IT to analyze performance and make improvements to Area IT products.

Although we do everything to ensure your privacy, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. That’s why we would like to inform you that there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control.
